These terms define how organizations access Leavewise, who is responsible for workspace administration, and how the service should be used.

Each workspace is scoped to a specific organization. Administrators are responsible for inviting the right employees and protecting access to their credentials.
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of policy settings, balances, and decisions recorded in their workspace.
You may not attempt to access another organization's data, disrupt platform availability, or use the service for unlawful HR or employment practices.
You must not submit malicious content or interfere with the security features used to protect Leavewise accounts.
Paid plans renew according to the published subscription terms. Trial access, pricing, and features may change as Leavewise evolves.
We may update these terms when the product, legal obligations, or security posture changes materially.
